M. Yvonne Owen
Studied at RADA 1939 - 1941, where he received the Bancroft Gold Medal. His first stage appearance was in 1940.
Father of actress Sarah Badel.
Served with the Parachute Regiment from 1942 - 1947. Appeared with the Army play Unit, performing Othello and Joe Rock in "Exercise Bowler". He also fought with the French Resistance.

In 1957 went into partnership with Lord Furness and started Furndel Productions Ltd.
